Financial report:

Lesley has new bank mandate forms for new signatures. Sarah to sign off, Lisa Dunwood, Jan Bonus & Lesley Mowlem as new signatures.

Minibus Lottery:

As Brenda was not present no update was given.

Christmas Bingo:

Christmas bingo was a success thanks to Tony Harris & Shelly Fouracre. Raised £210.

Slimming club:

A questionnaire has been place in the Stogursey news to see who would be interested in joining a slimming club, Lisa to gather information, enquire about instructors to do one off demonstrations. Weekly weighing, swap recipes and video library.

Date for May Fair:

Agreed for Saturday 20^th May.

Bouncy castle booked. Lesley to contact entertainers used last year to see if they would come again this year.

Lesley to order raffle tickets, £50. main prize.

Jan Barrett to organise dancers.

Suggested to get children more involved in the May Fair, helping on the stalls ect.

Maureen offered to help in kitchen, ask Anne-Marie to help too.
