Present: Lisa, Jan Barrett, Brenda, Lesley, Sari, Anne-Marie, Maureen & Vicky.

Apologies: Lucy.

Greenhouse: It was agreed that Foss would help buy a greenhouse for the gardening club and that school had some money to put towards it. Price from Focus was between £140. - £160. Action Lisa.

Pot Luck Games Night: Saturday 22/04/2006 at the Church Rooms, 6 – 9pm. Family night for all the family, bring a plate of food and a bottle, £1.00 per person. Action Lisa & Lesley.

May Fair: 20^th May 2006

All year sixes to be Kings & Queens, Procession to start on the gravel at 1.30pm. Action Jan Barrett.

Gates open 2pm.

Vicar or Lady Gass to be asked to open the May Fair. Action Lisa.

Raffle tickets to be ordered from Kamprass, £50. First prize plus prizes.

Liz & Tony to do the BBQ.

Maureen, Anne-marie & Ruth cream teas, weather permitting to be severed outside as well as in the hall.

Pop Corn: It was thought that this was too messy, would Margaret prefer to do something with table tennis instead.

Ice Creams: To ask Marilyn.

Plant Stall: Shelia and John to run this stall, Jo Logan and gardening club to grow plants to sell.

Tag a Bottle: Shaun.

Lucky Programme: Action Jan Barrett.

Nicki Turner: Tin & bottle stall.

Barry Turner: Coconut shire.

Treasure Map: Lucy & Marc.

Face Painting: Emily Mowlem, Wendy Dawson, Sarah Loveday, Vicky.

Bouncy Castle: Booked.

Marc to draw posters to auction at the end of the day.

Year Sixes to make cookies to decorate and sell.

Children's Games: Lisa asked if everyone thought it would be good to buy some new games to raise money at the May Fair.
