Minutes of last meeting: Agreed and signed.

Financial report: Alan Madge auditing FOSS accounts ready for January 07 AGM.

Christmas Presents: Every one present agreed presents to be brought from Baker Ross, but years 5/6 boys from a shop costing up to £3. Action Lisa.

A wrapping of the present evening to be arranged.

Christmas Bingo: Monday 11^th December. Liz and Tony will do their usual.

Parents will be asked for Christmassy type prizes. Letter to parents.

Christmas meal: All agreed the same as last year.

Fundraising: A tabletop sale was suggested, every one present thought it might be better in the coming year.

Children’s play: Tea and coffee to be served after the performance.

A.O.B: A letter to parents asking for donation of mince pies for carols around the Christmas tree.
